Candace was extremely helpful and welcoming. Being our first time buying a house my wife and I had no experience in the process. Candace was always readily available day or night and knew the answers to all of our questions. She also knows many other professionals with expertise in mortgage loans and was able to get us a much better deal on our mortgage percentage then the bank we had planned to go with. Candace was amazing and she will be the only person I recommend to anybody I know that plans on buying a house in this area.

We cannot say enough good things about Candace. This was our first time purchasing a home. In an industry that proves to lack in communication, Candace really made sure we understood all aspects of home buying. She righted every wrong and we are extremely happy. Not only this, she knew the area well and was even knowledgeable about up and coming developments. This helped us to make the right decision in buying a home that will not end up being worthless in the next 10 years. Instead, we can expect our area to become more desirable in the future as developments take place. Not only do we feel we had a realtor who knows her stuff, she was also caring. We feel like we gained a friend in her and will use her again and refer others her way. In the past we have been shown homes by realtors that did not bother to look into the property they were showing and have even made us feel as though we were bothering them. Candace made us feel like a priority to her - in fact, you would never know she had other clients because of her promptness to respond and take care of business. Our purchase was laden with irritating events, the closing date was moved several times, the sellers and their listing agent were not the easiest to work with. I cannot say enough how lucky we feel to have had Candace to work with. If I had to give at least one area of disappointment, it would be that we wished we had found her sooner. It was a pleasure working with Candace. As clients she listened to our wants, needs, dreams and found us our unique beautiful new home. If you are reading this review then you are like us few months back. You are looking for that one realtor who will treat you like you are their only customer and find you your dream home. Please don’t look any further. She is AMAZING! We were looking for our retirement home in Florida. We were in North Carolina and trying to find our perfect home via the internet and from many miles away. We found Candace through one of the on-line search engines. From the start she impressed us in every way. She was very family oriented, empathetic to our every need and fully knowledgeable of the area we were searching. She focused closely on our wish list for our new home so as to not waste anybody’s time. She was very positive, energetic and informative. Her communication with us was beyond impressive. She would reply to our emails and phone calls almost immediately. When our own loan officer was giving us runaround, she found us another loan company. The new loan officer she recommended was honest, experienced, provided several options to us, but most importantly closed the deal! Candace always updated us when a new property fitting our needs became available. When we finally made our way to Florida she met with us with her infectious smile and took time to drive us around to look at as many properties as it took to make us happy. In one day we found “the one”. She immediately placed the offer and counter offer on the home we wanted. She did everything to ensure we would get the house we wanted. She expeditiously scheduled all the inspections, appraisals and water and sewer testings. She was with us every step of the way and we now consider her a friend for life. This, by far, was the most professional and smoothest home buying experience we’ve ever had. If only I could now take her back to NC to sell hour old home :0) !!!! From the first meeting with Candace when I was "realtor shopping" to contractually signing with Candace has been an absolute wonderful experience. When I first met Candace as a possible "listing agent" for my home, she arrived to meet with me and was fully informed of the area my home was in and had knowledgeable information on the current market value completely prepared with comparables, current listings, last 6 months sales. etc. - I definitely was impressed. Other agents told me they would, "do their research and get back with me on possible listing price based on the area."
