Karin was an incredible realtor! Extremely knowledgeable and a strong advocate for her clients. She is very knowledgeable about Florida rules and home-buying process which was so extremely helpful. Her network of contacts in the area was so helpful in working out inspections needed, etc. - anything I needed! The most wonderful part is that I literally enjoyed spending time with her as we had some very funny moments! I feel so very lucky to have had her by my side during this process, and I learned a great deal from her.

Looking for a house in Spring of 2021 had so many added stresses (We were first time home buyers; moving from out of town and temporarily staying in an apartment while looking; Covid was STILL around; prices seemed to be increasing by the minute; the demand was so much greater than the supply; and on top of all of that, some health issues limited the type of home we would be able to live in).
