Theresa thought of things before we even knew we should consider them. Offered unbiased help and support, even though she was representing both the seller and buyer. Her recommendation for a Title Company was great. The Title company proved to be exceptional and very pleasant to work with. Theresa is available early in the day into the late hours of the evening. Excellent resource for area services. Readily available at the property to supervise inspections as we were 7 hours away. Offered video walk throughs with inspectors or for pre-closing after staging was removed. Even topped off the water in the pool! Theresa is very courteous, attentive, pleasant, sharp, and polite beyond compare. Her wealth of knowledge was appreciated. I would use her again without hesitation and readily recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a home. She has definitely made us feel at home in Merritt Island.
