I think I filled it out already, but Debbie was fantastic. She’s been looking for two years for a home for us, and she found the perfect one she went above and beyond what any agent would do considering the problems we had with the people selling the house she made it work.

We have owned and sold multiple properties so we have worked with several agents but Theresa is the best. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge about real estate, the market, banking and just about everything the buyers wanted to know. She worked tirelessly to answer questions or concerns and was always available when we needed her. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We would recommend her highly!

I live in another state and Barbara and her team went above and beyond to help me find contractors to prepare the house to sell and to advise me on the local market and how to sell my house quickly for the best price. They were so pleasant and patient that I wished I had another house to sell just to work with them!

We just sold our home in Satellite Beach and had the pleasure to work with Karin Mann. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Karin Mann really listened, cares passionately about her job and her calming manner worked wonders for us.

Theresa was absolutely phenomenal in helping me close on my residence. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and she was very patient with me and answered all of them. I shopped multiple local space coast agents and I knew when I met Theresa she was the one for me; and she went above and beyond as we moved along towards closing — ensuring I got a fair deal in regards to seller credits and personally resolved any unexpected issues we ran into. Her hard work ethic and high quality of work attest to her professionalism. You will not regret working with her and the team at RE/MAX!
