Tammy Lord came to us by recommendation through friends whom had recently sold in our neighborhood. While undertaking the sad burden of selling an estate and the pressure of looming foreclosure, she was our lifeline! Tammy worked to keep the communication lines open and informed between us, Guardian Mortgage and our attorney. Selling a home in this manic market with interest rates rising rapidly is scary, our situation hinged on our buyer also selling, therefore the collaboration of Tammy working along with the buyer's realtor was excellent.
