Fantastic!
Tammy's experience and professioanlism lead to a great experience for me. I live out of state and she was great in her communication, and took charege of the sale with gret professionalism. See listened to exactly what I wanted and took care of all the details. She was extemely helpful from the listing until the final closing. She went out of her way to work with my sister who was helping me in state. She helped me with the Title company with alll needed to conclude the transaction even though I was out of state. Her knowlwege of the market lead to a quick sale at a great price. I would highly recommend Tammy for anyone needing to buy or sell a property. She is very helpful, knowledgable and trustworthy. I was extremely pleased that Tammy handled my trnasaction.

Tammy Lord came to us by recommendation through friends whom had sold in our neighborhood. While undertaking the sad burden of selling an estate and the pressure of looming foreclosure, she was our lifeline! Tammy worked to keep the communication lines open and and informed between us, Guardian Mortgage, and our attorney. Selling a home in this manic market with interest rates rising rapidly is scary, our situation hinged on our buyer also selling, therefore the collaboration of Tammy working along with the buyer's realtor was excellent. Tammy is a professional realtor yet very approachable and we feel we made a friend. We would definitely recommend her knowledge and skills.
