Tammy Lord was a joy to work with. My wife and I were first-time home sellers, and she walked us through the entire process in great detail, and made herself available for follow-up questions. She was patient and friendly, and very down-to-earth every time we met, phone-called, or texted with her. She was quick with communications, and would get us the necessary paperwork as soon as it was ready. Tammy has connections to all the right specialists in the area, which helped us resolve a few small things super quickly. That is, if Tammy herself couldn't fix the issue. With her vast experience, she was often able to lend perspective and calm the stress that would sometimes arise during the selling process. In the end, things worked out exactly as she said they would, and we sold our house. And since we were on a little bit of a time crunch, her support, her swiftness, and attention to detail were all amazing and so appreciated. I can't recommend Tammy enough for helping you sell your house!
