Just what you need/want in an agent
Russ knew exactly what he was doing at all times even when I gave him a hard time. He kept to his knowledge base and persevered. Bottom line, we sold my apartment although it was tough because it was in a coop building that was NOT very cooperative. But he got the job done and now I'm a happy camper! He knows what he's doing. He's fair and hard working and knowledgeable no one can offer more!
