As a first time seller I did some extensive research with regard to selecting a real estate agent that was both local to my area and had good reviews. Olga Moldavsky was one of the few that kept appearing in my searches and so I decided to give her a try. Right from the get-go, when we met in person, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and full of energy. These were all great characteristics. Olga was very thorough and explained the whole process to me and was gracious to answer all of my questions (And I had a lot of them!). After signing up with and working with her, I found that she was very communicative, remembered a few details I wanted her to discuss with the potential buyers and became a person I consider highly trust-worthy. There were many times that I was physically not around and Olga always took the initiative with a set of my keys to keep everything moving and the appointments booked.
