I met Randy and Jennifer after my father's passing during the difficult journey of selling my parent's home after many years of wonderful memories there. My father had met with Randy and Jennifer last year, as his health was failing, and asked that we call them when we needed to list the property. He told us that these were the people he truly felt comfortable with and just knew that they would help us in any way needed. Their professionalism and compassion are beyond measure. They are very caring, personable and extremely knowledgeable people. They answered all of our questions and offered help with anything we may have needed. Randy and Jennifer went above and beyond to help my siblings and I during this truly difficult time. This was an extremely positive experience, and I cannot thank Randy, Jennifer and the Miller Team for all that they have done for us. Randy and his wife Jennifer were amazing to work with. They walked us through the entire process, explained how everything would go, and then followed up and did it exactly how they said they would. Everything was done when they said it would be and the house got listed and sold in the first week. I can’t say enough good things about Randy and Jennifer. I have been involved with rental properties and flipping houses for over 20 years and I have worked with several realtors, and I can say these are to of the best I have ever worked with. I am currently sitting in my new home, with a warm cup of coffee, looking out at our beautiful yard and the warm fall colors...and we have Randy, Jennifer, Greg, and the entire team to thank for this moment, and all of the wonderful moments we have experienced since moving into our new home. For every expected item Randy and his team were filling me in ahead of time on what was coming next and for every unexpected item they encouraged me to not stress as they had a solution. Through it all, from listing to showings, to improvements the seller requested, all went smooth, were done on time, and I closed on the sale. I cannot recommend Randy and his team enough. Jennifer and Randy are a great husband/wife team. There were several things that we think set them apart from other realtors. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a condo we viewed. They constantly provided us data on condos that recently sold in the two condo communities we were considering. We worked primarily with Jennifer, and she always quickly responded to the many emails we sent her over our year long search for our ideal condo. In addition to having them as your realtor, you find yourself quickly developing a personal relationship with them.

Pam knows the industry in and out. She is tireless and will stack viewing after viewing to find just what you want. In today’s tough market, I really appreciate how quick she was when it was time to pounce. We got a great deal right away due to her speed and expertise. Her professionalism, kind and thoughtful demeanor, and caring inquisitive nature will have you counting her as a friend when the deal is done. I TRUST Pam.
