Until now, I had a fairly low opinion of realtors in general, but not after choosing Mike and Stephanie to help me sell my house. I interviewed several realtors before selecting Mike and I'm glad I did. I got an offer I ended up accepting within 26 days of putting the house on the market. Mike and Stephanie had 3 open houses within a few weeks and the offer came from one of them. They baked cookies and even decorated for an Easter weekend showing. I had a few repairs needed to get the house ready to go on the market and they referred me to a handyman who was so reasonably priced and so competent I still can't believe my luck. Mike kept me constantly updated. He spoke to every realtor who showed the house to get feedback. He really stayed on top of it.
