Working with Mike and Steph to sell my condo was by far the easiest and most pain free real estate experience I’ve ever had. For a first-time seller they made the experience as simple possible and thoroughly explained the different ways this could go to me up front, prior to me even signing the agreement to sell with them. When I say everything I mean they took care of EVERYTHING, bringing in a handyman to fix things around the house to make it more presentable to sell, having a cleaning service come in, changing the locks because I lost the key, they provide a level of service that I have not seen matched by any other realtor(s). Working with Michael (and Stephanie) has been an AMAZING experience! It almost felt like he was own personal secretary and only worked for me. From answering emails at 2am to sending me videos of each and every property link that I sent making sure I was happy with what I purchased. He wasnt interested in his commission alone as he steared me away from a more expensive house because he felt it would have issues down the road and when we found a house at the lower end of our budget and we were happy with the price and he and stephanie were all over it.
