We are very happy we chose Carlos to sell our house in Coral Springs. He immediately recognized the positives of our property and seemed enthusiastic about selling our house. I assume he shared that enthusiasm with brokers because we had a good stream of showings immediately after our house was listed. We had a contract within 3 weeks of listing our house with Carlos. He was always very responsive with phone calls and questions and kept us informed of every step from contract through closing. Working with Mike and Steph to sell my condo was by far the easiest and most pain free real estate experience I’ve ever had. For a first-time seller they made the experience as simple possible and thoroughly explained the different ways this could go to me up front, prior to me even signing the agreement to sell with them. When I say everything I mean they took care of EVERYTHING, bringing in a handyman to fix things around the house to make it more presentable to sell, having a cleaning service come in, changing the locks because I lost the key, they provide a level of service that I have not seen matched by any other realtor(s). In the future I will refer all friends and family to work with Mike and Steph because I know they will be in good hands.

Love my realtor Michael G Perrault. He went above and beyond to get us a house in a short notice. He answered all the questions that we need to know and even do a preliminary check before we go see the house. He researched the house fully such as bank owned house, property history, comps at the area's, ages of the roof, ac, appliances...etc. Most of all, he is so passionate at what he is doing.
