Von is amazing! PERIOD. We are out of town investors and wanted to purchase a property in the DFW area. Having never purchased a property site unseen we were nervous to say the least... Von has made the whole process starting with viewing multiple properties via FaceTime and providing comps to preparing an offer, negotiating etc very simple and comfortable. Once under contract, Von made excellent recommendations for an inspector and a handyman to price required repairs. She negotiated aggressively with the sellers to lower the purchase price in lieu of repairs! Once we closed, Von quickly listed our house for rent.
