I met with several realtors before deciding the work with Von. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her research and in-depth analysis in determining the listing price for my home. Most other realtors just thought for a moment and threw out a number. Von was professional, direct, and honest in providing detailed guidance about which upgrades must happen before photographing/listing and which things were a waste of money. Von’s contractor contacts were instrumental in getting my house ready on my aggressive timeline. All work was done and the house was listed 3 weeks from the date we first met. The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.

Von is an experienced realitor. She knew clientele market and the current situation of my house condition. We developed a strategy to sell it in 2 weeks based on my expectation. She helped to resolve so many issues and obstacles coming up in negotiation, inspections, final walk-through, and legal documents. She would answer and work based on client's schedule. She would keep her client's interest at best.

Von was very good at finding homes that suits the concept you are looking for. She was extremely pro active throughout the whole processes. I would definitely recommend working with Von.

Von is so honestly, she take care both side seller and buyer equally and fairly. I will strongly prefer her to someone need help

Von is amazing! PERIOD. We are out of town investors and wanted to purchase a property in the DFW area. Having never purchased a property site unseen we were nervous to say the least... Von has made the whole process starting with viewing multiple properties via FaceTime and providing comps to preparing an offer, negotiating etc very simple and comfortable. Once under contract, Von made excellent recommendations for an inspector and a handyman to price required repairs. She negotiated aggressively with the sellers to lower the purchase price in lieu of repairs! Once we closed, Von quickly listed our house for rent. Von was always accessible whenever we had any questions. We can't say enough positive things about Von and would most definitely work with her again in the future.

Von makes buying or selling a house easy. She is very responsive and connected. Von is really the best if buying or selling in the N. Texas area.
