Blair began working in the service industry the moment it was legally allowed at 16, later earning a business degree from Louisiana State University, and moved into advertising sales before falling in love with the wine sales business where she spent 15 years building strong client relationships and driving high-level sales performance. Today, Blair brings that same dedication and expertise to real estate, having closed over 200 transactions across a wide range of property types and built an incredible network of clients along the way. John Hendrix is the Broker/Owner of REMAX Crescent Collective and brings a rare blend of real estate expertise and hands-on construction knowledge to every transaction. Holding both Louisiana residential and commercial contractor licenses, John offers clients a strategic advantage—whether evaluating a major purchase or identifying improvements that meaningfully increase a home’s market value. Since entering real estate sales in 2015, John has closed over $200 million in total production, representing a wide range of residential, luxury, and investment properties. His construction background allows him to see beyond the surface, helping buyers make confident decisions and guiding sellers on where to invest—and where not to—when preparing a property for sale. John frequently works with high-net-worth individuals and investors, but his approach remains grounded, practical, and highly personalized. He is deeply committed to helping clients and colleagues build long-term wealth through smart real estate decisions. John lives in the Uptown neighborhood with his wife, Lindsay, and is a proud father to Harry, Jack, and Lucy.

Jolie began her work in Real Estate in 2015 and obtained her license in 2018. She has managed the successful closing of over 600 properties all across the New Orleans Metro Region. More recently, as a commitment to further refining her expertise, she obtained the Preservation Resource Council's Historic House Specialist designation, demonstrating her knowledge of the different historical and architectural periods of New Orleans, the home styles and influences, and understanding of how to obtain tax rebates for renovation/ remodel projects within the New Orleans Historic Districts. She has Master’s degree focused in Green Building, maintains a LEED Green Associate designation, and works in conjunction with our sister company Bayou Development as a Project Manager, overseeing both small and large construction endeavors for the team.
