Sean understands the real estate market and knows what sells. He goes above and beyond what you'd expect in a realtor. Whether he represents you as a buyer or seller, you will not be disappointed. He earned our loyalty when he represented us as buyers, following up with the builder to fix an issue, long after the purchase. Rachel and I were so impressed, we decided Sean would represent us when it came time to sell. When selling, Sean knew the market, went out of his way to get the perfect pictures, discussed the right pricing, and followed through with communicating timely throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond and fixed some of the items on the inspection on our behalf. In our five moves over the last 14 years, we've never had a realtor work as hard for us a Sean. He's awesome and highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. If we ever need a realtor in KY again, Sean will be the one!!!

We were first time homebuyers and Sean made the process so easy! He answered any question we could come up with. He took his time and talked us through each and every process explaining things in terms that anyone could easily understand. Sean walked through all the homes we viewed explaining what we should look for and details we didn’t even know about. On closing day Sean went out of his way to make sure everything on the repair request list was taken care of as agreed upon. He went as far as the climbing into the attic, crawlspace and even the roof. We can’t thank Sean enough for the experience in buying our first home and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a Realtor!!

I met Jason in January 2020. I was Thinking of moving to Georgetown and had no idea what was available. He was so kind, knowing I wouldn’t be buying right away, showing me houses and condos. I finally Purchased a condo in Sept. 2020 with Jadon as my agent. Very patient and super nice. I will Use him again IF I ever move again. Life is an adventure and our most recent has taken us from Lewisburg, TN to Lawrenceburg, KY with a wonderful real estate agent Missy Renfro. She made purchasing a house without visiting so easy for us, all we had to do is tell her what we were looking for and she did all the work!
