I called Missy because she had dealt with the sale of my next door neighbors house. Missy made an appointment with me and showed up promptly on time. We walked through the house and she pointed out what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale and also explained that some of my plans where not only unnecessary but would be better left for a new home owners style decision. She had done research on the neighborhood and told me what I could expect. I call Missy many times with questions and she was very patient with my progress. The process was very smooth and I was happy to leave every thing in her very capable hands. I could not be more satisfied with the results and am planning to use her services again when we sale our current residence. I would recommend Missy to anyone getting ready to buy or sale a home.

Denise will go above and beyond to assist in purchasing a home as well as selling. I would highly recommend her to sell your home or by using her services to locate a home. We can’t say enough good things about Jason! He ALWAYS went above and beyond for us, no matter what our need was. We are night shift people, so we always needed to meet or do business in the afternoon or evenings, and he always made time for us, even on Saturdays and Sundays, whatever was most convenient for us. In the beginning of our home search, he showed us several houses that we we had seen listed and wanted to see. We made an offer on one of them, but unfortunately, the home did not appraise for the asking price, so that fell through for us. Jason didn’t miss a beat. He sent us more listings, and took us for more house showings. We eventually decided to go the route of having a new home built. Jason was in constant communication with our builder’s realtor to make sure our home was exactly what we wanted. Anytime we wanted to go to the house to view the progress of the construction, Jason would meet us there, at a time that was convenient for us. He answered countless questions that we had, and never failed to respond to every text or phone call we made to him. We closed on our brand new home last week, and are getting ready to move into it next week. He worked so hard for us, and our dream of being homeowners has come true, and Jason helped make that possible for us. We will ALWAYS highly recommend Jason to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell a home!!!
