Jim told me not to fix the place up. He said he has seen so many times people not getting there money back. I should have listened to him. I hired the wrong person to do the repairs and found myself in financial trouble. So I wanted to throw in the towel and just cut my losses. But Jim told me to hang in there. We couldn't get all of the money back but he did what he could. It was an expensive lesson but he was right. He proved his credibility to me by being right in the first place. so I decided to listen to him in the second place. "When he was talking me off the ledge, I might add".. "Thank you Jim, thank you so much"!!!! When we go to sell our second property you have the job.
