Jamie is knowledgeable in all areas of her job. She recently sold my moms home after our mother passed and my siblings and I were in charge of her Estate. When I moved to San Diego in 2021, all my friends recommended to work with Mukesh for buying a home. The number one advice that I got from everyone was that "Mukesh will not let you make a mistake and will make sure that you buy a good property", which I found to be very true. Mukesh is a man of high integrity and is always upfront about the negatives of any property even though you might tell him that you like the place very much. Mukesh is great at what he does and simplifies your search by asking you to focus on certain neighborhoods and to avoid the not so good ones. Mukesh helped us buy home in San Marcos that fitted our budget and had the complete list of features we were looking for. His knowledge of the market and negotiation skills got our offer accepted in spite of not being the highest offer. He managed to make the seller agree to include all the appliances with the home sale. Process of closing escrow was very smooth with Mukesh's help at each step. Cris Vaughn assisted us in buying our home on Oakley Rd in Ramona, and was extremely helpful to us during the process in buying our home. She is a great communicator, is diligent and thorough, and very knowledgeable in real estate in San Diego County. She helped us find our home, assisted us thru the complex process of buying the home, and provided valuable help and ideas for getting our new home ready for us. She even worked hard for us during her vacation and was always available to speak to us. Although not part of this review, Cris also helped us with the sale of our home as part of this transaction. She again worked hard to close the sale and got us a great price for our home. This home was in the rural part of eastern SD county and was difficult to sell, but Cris made it happen. We would highly recommend Cris to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate.
