Aline is spectacular
Aline is spectacular. Knowledgeable, patient and just a wonderful person to work with. I am so grateful to have had her assistance in selling my home. She took all the stress and concerns completely out of my hands and made it one of the most positive and seamless real estate transactions I've ever experienced. I couldn't recommend Aline enough.

Sold quickly with full transparency
Aline was a great agent! We needed to move the property quickly, and her amazing pictures and advice about lighting was a huge help. She was attentive through the contract process, and I never felt as if things would go sideways. She's a member of the community and is interested in long lasting business relationships. Professional and patient help in selling our home
Terri was of great help in selling our home in Moscow. She provided the guidance and suggestions that made our sale a success. During the time that we were getting the home ready Terri was patient with us to get things done. When we needed some repairs on the home, she had contractors that she had experience with to get the work done. Her knowledge made our sale a quick success.

Good communication and willingness to help
Mariana was a great agent to work with. She always answered her phone and continuously asked how she can help. The day before closing, we had a piece of trim fall off the ceiling. Mariana took care of the issue and sent us a picture that it was taken care of. She also had our house cleaned after we moved out and provided us with a contact to mow our lawn.

Honest and very loyal!
We can’t speak highly enough of Mariana as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated. She is detail oriented, honest, and very loyal to her clients. Mariana has been absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Phenomenal Service and Attention

So nice we worked together twice!
Teri was fantastic to work with — so much so that we worked with her both to purchase our home on Moscow Mountain and to sell it a year later. When we purchased, there were multiple competitor I’ve offers and Teri provided the coaching and guidance we needed. When we sold, Teri somehow drummed up so much interest (even when we were under 40” of snow!) that we received fiver offers over the asking price and sold the house within a week of listing. Teri was thoughtful, smart, quick, patient, fun, and an amazing communicator.
