Our experience with realtors in the past has been very hit or miss but it was obvious that Mariana cared about us and what we wanted in a house. We never felt pressured by her to buy something that was “close enough” like we have with some realtors in the past. From the first time we met Mariana we told her we would probably be difficult clients because we were looking for a very specific property. She stuck with us for over a year driving to at least a dozen houses and in the end she found us a house that wasn’t even on the market yet and it checked every box. Teresa was excellent she help us with comps before putting the house on the market. The house needed to be sold asap. She gave us wise advice and was very professional even when things were stagnant for a bit, but she was constantly communicating with us to get it sold. Mariana has wonderful insight and knowledge of the area. She was able to tell us about families nearby that had kids the same age of ours, what the community was like and what in general was going on in the area. She listed to our input and really worked with us to find the right home in an area that really fit our needs and wants.
