Teri accommodated my frequent travel schedule by setting up multiple viewings in an afternoon when I would get back to town. I happened to be leaving town when "the" house came on the market, so Teri did a thorough video walk through with me, then set up another one with my family. She did the paperwork for an initial offer over the internet. She had access to multiple professionals who checked out various parts of the home to determine if there were any repair issues to consider. Then, Teri used her expertise to help me negotiate and buy the house with a thoughtful and reasonable counteroffer. It's now 3 months later, and I am loving living in my new home! And I am so grateful to Teri for her professional expertise and her patient responsiveness to my needs in this house hunting adventure!

Teresa was excellent she help us with comps before putting the house on the market. The house needed to be sold asap. She gave us wise advice and was very professional even when things were stagnant for a bit, but she was constantly communicating with us to get it sold.
