Then, Teri used her expertise to help me negotiate and buy the house with a thoughtful and reasonable counteroffer. It's now 3 months later, and I am loving living in my new home! And I am so grateful to Teri for her professional expertise and her patient responsiveness to my needs in this house hunting adventure!

Teresa was excellent she help us with comps before putting the house on the market. The house needed to be sold asap. She gave us wise advice and was very professional even when things were stagnant for a bit, but she was constantly communicating with us to get it sold.
