Megan was extremely helpful throughout the entire house purchase process. She was especially patient as our house hunting "adventure" lasted over 4 months until we found our new Home. Megan knew exactly what we were looking for and provided us valuable feedback on neighborhoods to keep an eye on that will have the highest likelihood of meeting our specific needs. She also saw that we were looking for a Home and not a House. Megan was always (rain or shine) available to answer questions we had especially once we had identified our soon to be Home and were in the negotiation process. She conducted a market assessment of the property prior to us presenting an offer to maximize our ability of offer acceptance. I would not say that the moving process was painless but Megan shielded us from a lot of the frustration that come with the negotiation and closing we had experienced in our previous home purchase. If we were to summit it up in two words it would be "Megan Rocks!".
