Julie was amazing through the entire selling process. We had a unique situation, we were still completing a massive renovation of the entire house. Julie worked with us to develop a plan to put it on the market prior to the house being completed. This required her to have to show the house and help potential buyers envision – and appreciate – the final design. We were too far in the renovation to negotiate finishes, so Julie had to sell the "vision" of what the house was going to be. Within a few weeks, we had a full price offer. That didn't materialize, but a couple weeks later, we accepted another full price offer. No one knows the Waukee/Des Moines area like Julie. Her selling price analysis demonstrated her knowledge of the neighborhood and provided insight into the market. In addition, she knew how to market our home and what agents could bring the right buyers to the house. Julie was there to advise us every step of the way through closing. When we decided to sell our house, things were a little crazy given what was going on the housing market, but Dennis was so professional and helpful with guiding us through the process. Looking back now, he went through a lot with selling our house but he was always so upbeat, upfront with us and really made the process a little less stressful. Being a first time homebuyer in a new city during COVID-19 was nuts, and I am so thankful we had Brett to guide us. We spoke on the phone and over email to give Brett a sense of our needs and wants in a house. He was very perceptive and really helped us discern what we actually wanted and needed in a house. After we spent two days together looking at houses in person, we returned home (out of state). Brett was flexible, able to accommodate our absentee status.
