We looked at houses for about 4 months before we found the perfect house- she was so patient with us! She was always able to coordinate with our schedule for showings and always knew everything about each property! Started the house well higher then the first agent we spoke with, decided to go with Stephine. We dropped price rather quickly after being on market a couple weeks, mainly just to get it sold. Had some issues with the basement I wanted to fix before we sold but ended up just selling as is. Very good communication, would recommend to anyone looking to get your house sold.
