I contemplated trying to sell my house without a realtor. I talked with Makayla openly about this and she never once pushed me to list with her. She even offered me some tips and pointers if I decided to do it myself. THANK GOODNESS I DECIDED TO LIST WITH HER! After getting into the whole process I just kept saying to her, "there is no way I could have handled any of this myself!" She was on top of all aspects of communication at ALL hours of the day. You will never have a delay in communication with this woman! I should also note that this was my first time selling a home, so she did wonders putting up with my nerves, anxiety and lack of knowledge throughout the entire process.
