Kurt is AMAZING! ! He is patient and honest. With his vast real estate knowledge, the professional photographer & stager (he paid for) , we were able to sell our home in 3 days (for the asking price). Everyone knows someone who's a realtor. You should use a realtor who knows everyone, to get your house sold! Now we are looking for our new house and he is VERY responsive. I know he has other clients, but I feel like we are his only ones.
