Mr. Mayor David Riley! That's what I call him because of his deep knowledge of this area and the market. David is a terrific agent and has been so helpful to me over the years. He recently assisted me with a property that has a long history. I was renting the property to a tenant and was mid way through my lease. David proactively alerted me to the surprisingly high value of my property and helped me navigate this more complicated process. While we had a little help from the market, David had the added challenge of finding a unique buyer who would accept waiting until the end of the current lease to move in. The property was basically sold in one day. He's a very calming influence on the whole process and he always had things well under control. He and his office staff were great at communicating along the way too. If you want to sell hour home and make top dollar and you want zero stress, David is your guy.
