Terri is an awesome realtor, and did a stellar job for us. She helped us purchase our lake house, which involved a rush offer to fulfill a multiple bid situation, which was no problem for Terri. She cheerfully arrived at our house to create a bid within the hour and we got our house! She also negotiated a good discount due to deficits detected in the inspection. Terri also helped us sell our house, providing market analysis, staging suggestions, and always an open ear and gentle word for those moments of stress that accompany buying, selling and moving from your house. I think she may have a major in counseling from somewhere in her past...! A pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend Terri.

Jamey was fantastic. My Mother was in the hospital and rehab while I was trying to get her condo ready to sell. I was overwhelmed and could not meet during the week. Jamey came to my Mom's condo on a Sunday afternoon. He did a walk-through with me and told me what I needed to do (and did not need to do) to get it on the market. Diana stopped by my house to help complete the paperwork. They both go over and above. We got asking price within 24 hours. I highly recommend!

We worked with Jamey and Diana on the sale of our house in Northville Hills Golf club. I have to say they both were extremely responsive. I could call Jamey on his cell at anytime and he would mostly pick up or call back that day. Diana...well she is spectacular and should you need anything at all she is there for you. Our house took about 6 months to sell once we had it on the market but would have sold quicker if we had put a bit more into the conditioning of the house. Once we did that it sold the next day!

Jamey and his absolutely awesome staff were very efficient but at the same time made us feel like they really cared about us and our specific concerns related to the sale of our home. Jamey went above and beyond to do everything needed to provided a quick sale but also at a great price. He was willing to negotiate with the buyer and had good ideas (as well as listening to our own ideas) to help us keep the negotiations going. Marilyn was a joy to work with! We just completed the buying and selling process with her.
