Eileen has experience and particularly in the area that my house is in. I knew she would get it sold at a fair price. She is straight forward and tells you the way things are, not always what you want to hear. She gets the job done.

We looked at this property after searching for over a year. Marilyn provided Marie and I expert counsel in crafting an offer that met our needs and gave us the best chance of acceptance. The process to close moved quickly and I always felt well informed and prepared. Marilyn knows the area, the people, and real estate business. The next time you are buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor, make sure Marilyn is representing you.

Marilyn is the right balance of professional and down to earth. Her experience and network is proven for me not once but through 3 different home sales and purchases. She is a master of her craft and in my opinion... you might gamble by choosing another realtor or you can get the guarantee by selecting her.

Marilyn is responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable going to her with questions during the process of listing and selling my home and will definitely use her services in the future.
