Rebecca was absolutely wonderful to work with. At the very first meeting, Rebecca was prepared to answer all our questions and demonstrated her knowledge of the business and the area. We were very impressed with her and liked her open and friendly personality. As our agent, she had good comps, discussed how she felt we should list and explained her reasoning to us, based on experience. She let us know what we should clean or repair, how to show to the best advantage, and how we should spend our time getting ready. The listing photos she arranged looked great. I really appreciate that Rebecca always answered calls and emails promptly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and guided us through the entire process. She made sure to keep us informed at every step of the way and things were done when she said they'd be done. The showings and offers went as she predicted and we quickly got a good price. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone needing a great realtor. We were very pleased.

Being a first time homebuyer, the process can seem so intimidating especially in a particularly rough market. We are beyond grateful Lori was recommended to us, she made the process so easy and broke it down for us in terms we could understand and really took a lot of time with us and made sure that we were in the loop every step of the way. Lori has excellent communication, and has so much knowledge that helped us be competitive in a tough market. She was flexible with us and easy to work with. Even when things were so hectic and we began to get discouraged, Lori remained positive and helped us push through. Lori also has the best recommendations for others in the business (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc) that were amazing to work with as well. I still can't believe how smooth the process was, all possible because of Lori's help. I cannot recommend Lori enough, especially if this is your first homebuying experience. We could not have done this without her!
