Paul Mruk did a wonderful job listing and selling our home in about 17 days. Selling our home and buying another home in another state is a challenge. Adding Covid into that process was mind-blowing. Paul listed our home and had wonderful pictures and a drone shot that highlighted the best features of our home. Paul kept us informed at all times and negotiated the best of two offers. Paul Mruk is a hardworking, honest Agent and that is exactly the type of person you will want to sell your home.

Jamey's responsiveness and communication efforts are outstanding.
Jamey's responsiveness and communication efforts + feedback were *consistently* well into the 5+ range! Outstanding in this regard as he was always there for us!. He and his team worked hard on our behalf. Unfortunately, we did not get the sale price we hoped for. Under COVID-19, we should have listened more carefully to Jamey's recommendations. What hurt us the most was an investor down the street that put a comparable home simultaneously on both the sale and rental market that undermined our price and efforts. In hindsight (always 20/20), setting a lower asking price would have improved our chances of getting earlier offers and a possible sale. These words were something that Jamey shared multiple times in our conversations. To his credit, he was always patient, respectful and understood our needs. We thank him for his team's diligent work in selling our property.

Jamey was fantastic to work with!
Jamey was fantastic to work with. We listed our home with Jamey and used him to buy a new home. His ability to market our home and price it right drove a lot of traffic and multiple offers on our home. We were able to sell our home in 10 days and the offer was over the asking price. On the buy side he negotiated our offer very effectively and we were able to buy the new home at a very fair price in a competitive sellers market. I would highly recommend Jamey and his team to assist with buying or selling a home!

Robyn is great
We could not have asked for a better agent than Robyn. We had never sold a home before nor had we used an agent to buy a home. Robyn's knowledge helped us through this process smoothly. All of Robyn's suggestions helped us sell our house quickly and she gave us helpful feedback on the offers we received on the house so that we could accept the best offer for us. We are so grateful to have Robyn working with us. We highly recommend her.

Excellent Job!
Jamey and his team did an excellent job working with us to sell my mother’s home. Although we live out of state, the process went smoother than we could have imagined. Jamey’s knowledge of the area (Northville) was spot-on and we received a full-price offer within a day (at a higher list price than other realtors had proposed). Diana Kelley was super organized and professional and helpful in so many ways. Highly recommend Jamey and his team!

Exceeded Expectations
