Diane helped us with the sale of my mother's condo in Commerce Twp. My mother passed away and we were overwhelmed with everything we had to do with her passing, dealing with her condo was an added burden. But Diane took care of everything pertaining to the sale of the home. Identified what needed to be corrected to ensure we received top dollar. She had highly skilled professionals that she works with on a regular basis that corrected some of the minor issues and we got the house listed in record time. We had multiple showings, I think 6 in the first day and received an offer within 2 days of the listing! We were very happy with the offer and quickly accepted! The closing was easy as well, no issues. Quite a relief for all of us! I have used Diane in the past when I sold my home in 2006 right before the housing market crashed and received our asking price then.
