Jamey recently represented us in the sale of our home in Novi. He was very professional and responsive during all aspects of the process. He recommended a listing price that reflected the current market conditions and made sure that our home had the exposure necessary to ensure the most visibility to potential buyers. We had multiple bids and he guided us through that process with a high level of understanding of the market and with excellent negotiation skills and insight. Selling the Family Home
It was a difficult decision to sell the home we raised our children in but once we committed ourselves to downsizing, Crystal and Jim helped us tremendously with ideas for staging our home, marketing our home and, in the middle of Covid, safely bringing potential buyers into our home. They communicated regularly with us, especially important as we were not in our home state for most of the time our home was on the market. Under the shadow of Covid, tough economic times and working with us remotely, the Halley team was able to sell our home within 3 months. In addition, they worked very hard to help us find a new place to call home and the transition between the 2 places worked well. We definitely recommend them for all your real estate needs!
