His years of experience were incredibly helpful and he was so knowledgeable regarding all of the in's and out's of the process, it made my wife and I comfortable about decision making. Everything from photographs of the property, suggestions on things we could do that added value to our sales houses and superb suggestions on contractors and inspectors for the new house we purchased were right on. He was able to make the nerve wracking experience much simpler with his explanations of the process and what to expect. I've been able to see what friends have had to go through in both selling and buying a home and can really appreciate Dale so much more.
