I had a very old house that had a number of problems, and I was worried that it would be difficult to sell. However, Marilyn was able to sell my home quickly and for more than what I was expecting. Marilyn was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure that I was kept up-to-date on the status of the sale.
