I introduced myself, and he immediately took time to talk with me while he continued his work. Afterword I thought to myself this is a very diligent man. Accordingly, now four years later when I decided to sell my Condo I went to him as my real estate agent. It has been a pleasure to work with him. He has the knowledge to answer all my questions and when I text or call him he responds very promptly. His experience with the real estate market has been amazing to me. Abe has been my agent since 9 years now and he recently helped sell a home for me . Abe is very proactive , knows his market and guides his clients on every step. This was my first 1031 exchange and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without his 27 years of industry experience. He is very transparent and upfront about all aspects of the transactions. In my case I had 2 buyers with competing offers, Abe was a dual agent for one who dint provide appraisal guarantee . He outright advised me to go with the other offer with appraisal guarantee even though it means less money for him.
