You know you have a fantastic realtor when you are able to sell your home during a pandemic. We have lived in Commerce Township for nearly 20 years and recently sold our third home with Sue. She is very personable, proactive, and knowledgeable of the real estate business. She has always made our home buying and selling experience seamless, and we couldn't imagine using any other realtor. Sue goes above and beyond for her clients, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Working with John was an excellent experience from start to finish. He is very professional, knowledgeable about the market and always fully prepared. In my situation it was even more challenging than usual because I needed to move out of the country while my property was still on the market and I didn't hesitate for the second to trust John with handling it all and keeping my interests at the forefront. John delivered on this flawlessly and guided me remotely to the successful closing. I fully recommend John Scarpa's services to anybody out there....you will not be disappointed!

Sue was great to work with. She really knows the area and almost from day one predicted the timeline, seller, and price that we would sell our house. Sue is very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Her team members Kathryn Moore and Melinda May we also great to work with. I highly recommend Sue if you are selling in the Milford/Commerce/Novi area!
