He negotiated the highest price and terms with buyers. He modified and put those terms in the contract. He reached out to a difficult property management and quickened loan process. I highly recommend him for listing any properties but especially when you are selling unique properties or high priced properties with obstacles.

John is one of those unique agents, that know what they do, service is excellent and his attitude is amazing. Our deal was not a common one, starting with the fact that good part of the deal was conducted miles away. I was in San Antonio while John from Chicago was able to conduct all the closing process. From the initial consultation to find out what we wanted in a home to the final stages of closing, John was informative, responsive and just a really great person to spend lots of our weekends with this summer. You can tell John has a natural interest and passion for real estate.
