When I first met with Mark, I was not sure if I wanted to buy or rent. I even consulted with him on his opinion. Now Mark does not get paid obviously if I had chose to go the rent route, but he illustrated to be more than just a realtor looking to make a commission. Initially, unique to my specific circumstance he recommended I rent, and if I ever had any questions or needed help, to keep his contact information handy. I’ve never liked “pressure salesman” in any industry, and even right off the bat he never gave me the sense that he was that kind of person.
