Jeff Kass is exceptional! He listened to our needs and quickly delivered multiple houses to view, and we found our new home within two weeks. Although we had a pre-approved mortgage letter from our bank, the mortgage process drug out nearly three months, and ultimately did not go through. My wife and I were devastated. Jeff simply requested that we talk with his mortgage contact, to have a fresh perspective. Jeff simply said if his contact could not do it, it is likely no one could. In short, his mortgage contact got us financed FHA and jumped through multiple issues, while Jeff worked diligently with the seller’s agent, FHA inspection issues, and keep the offer open while all the challenges got resolved!
