Becky is an amazing agent. She helped guide me through selling an estate property which can be grueling. With her, it was easy. Day one she explained the process, and made herself available to me and communicated with the lawyer which took a lot off my plate. Fast forward , she now has helped me purchase my very first home. Again, she was amazing and made this process equally as easy. Becky was extremely helpful regarding regulations, city requirements, making sure I had all the possible information I could have. If you have been searching for the perfect Realtor you can stop looking. Katja makes you feel like you are her only client! She takes time to know you, asking questions, listening intently, developing a clear understand of what's a dealbreaker and what's a must have for you. When you ask to see a home, she is quick to respond and gets you in the door fast. When you finally find your dream home, she prepares a contract with only your best interest in mind. She walks you through the process, the paperwork, city/county requirements etc, and hands you off to competent professionals at closing. Odds are, you wouldn't hear from your Realtor after the sale but not here. I've never dealt with a Realtor who sends a housewarming gift. You Seriously can't go wrong choosing Katja as your Realtor!
