From the start I knew I picked the agent in a sea of agents. Becky guided through the initial process. I gave her the areas I wanted to live in. She in turn gave me the best options for those areas. She knew what to look for when looking at homes. While, the overall appearance is important. She went beyond that. "Let's look beyond the color of interior, and focus on the age of the roof, hot water heater, furnace". When the lender was lacking in the processing of the loan she had them in check.

My experience with Becky was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. I was referred to her by a friend after interviewing several other realtors, and from the very beginning, Becky stood out. Even before I officially hired her, she was transparent, informative, and incredibly responsive. Throughout the entire process, Becky kept me consistently updated on any changes or delays, so I never felt out of the loop. Her communication was timely and clear, which made a huge difference during what could have been a stressful time. Becky also gave really thoughtful advice throughout the process, but never in a pushy or overwhelming way. I never felt rushed—she always gave me space to think, but was there for me when I needed guidance, especially when time was tight. Working with her made everything feel so much less stressful. She was professional but also incredibly kind and down-to-earth. I’m so glad I had her in my corner, and I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

We recently purchased a home with the help of Tanta Ghita from RE/MAX, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. This was our second home purchase, and we chose to work with Tanta after seeing how wonderfully she helped our daughter with her own home search. From start to finish, Tanta was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent - responsive, kind, professional, calm, and incredibly patient. She was quick to answer questions and always made time for us, no matter how small the detail. Tanta never made us feel pressured or rushed; instead, she guided us through the process in a way that felt comfortable and thorough, never salesy. Her approach gave us total confidence that she had our best interests at heart. When it came time to make an offer, she negotiated on our behalf with skill and care, helping us secure a great deal. Thanks to her knowledge and dedication, the entire process, from viewings to closing, was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Tanta to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is not only deeply experienced, but also truly cares about her clients. She's a rare find!

Tanta Ghita helped us found our dream home and was fantastic throughout the whole process. She never failed to take us to all the listings that we wanted to see, (we saw a lot), and was super patient, professional and kind. She never pressured us to make an offer on a property that we were not sure of, she always tried to make sure it had everything we wanted. We were inexperienced in buying a home, but she was able and willing to answer all our questions, and helped us figure out what kind of home would be a good fit for our family. Not only was she a knowledgeable agent, she also became a wonderful friend. I will recommend her to all my friends.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanta selling my home, and I could not be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to walk me through the selling process, always provided updates and helped me get my house ready for market. Tanta was also patient and understanding making sure I was comfortable with each decision made. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and not simply interested in getting the listing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking and dedicated real estate agent. Thank you again for your outstanding service!!!

Becky did a wonderful job taking us step-by-step through the process of selling our home. We had lots of questions and she had all the answers. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Her expertise had our house sold for more than asking with a cash offer. She gave us great tips for staging our home and getting the most looks and offers. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home!
