We found Lauriel as our agent after having had extremely bad experiences with 5 or 6 other agents that kept asking us to buy only in specific areas where we were not interested. After a few showings we asked her if we were being unrealistic. She assured us that we were not being unreasonable in our expectations and the house we were looking for was out there and we would find it. She was honest in her opinions of houses we looked at. She pointed out features that caused her concerns. She was willing to research and find builders that others said we would never be able to talk to, she got them to talk to us. When we did find the right house, she guided us through the process and provided great advice and support. She was able to negotiate a great price below what we expected to pay. We will tell anyone looking for a home about Lauriel and suggest others work with her in either looking for a home or selling theirs.

Jen made our home buying experience such a pleasure. It was not our first home purchase but it was the first time buying a home in the state of Michigan. She has amazing communication skills, often answering texts, calls and emails late at night when she would have been at home, or out, with her family. She had no problem meeting us at later showings, showing up to them before we arrived and made sure we took our time thoroughly looking through each house we viewed. Jen gives great advice, and had wonderful recommendations for inspectors and a title company. She also spent time explaining the paperwork with us, to make sure we understood each document we were signing.
