When I first met with Mark, I was not sure if I wanted to buy or rent. I even consulted with him on his opinion. Now Mark does not get paid obviously if I had chose to go the rent route, but he illustrated to be more than just a realtor looking to make a commission. Initially, unique to my specific circumstance he recommended I rent, and if I ever had any questions or needed help, to keep his contact information handy. I’ve never liked “pressure salesman” in any industry, and even right off the bat he never gave me the sense that he was that kind of person. My circumstances eventually changed and I wanted to become a home owner, and he made the process as painless as the home buying process could be, realistically. If the house was anything less than what he believed I was looking for, he would have told me to walk away. Mark is the kind of guy who will walk with you on your house journey until the very end and even after. Anytime I’ve needed something he doesn’t hesitate to expedite his assistance. I’m sure even 10 years from now I could call him for help and he’d make sure I’m taken care of in a heartbeat.
