No: They are NOT all the same. We phone-screened six agents referred to us by people who had bought or sold homes within the past few months or years. Three were invited to the house for an interview. They were real good people! Kate made a compelling case to be our listing agent. We trusted Kate with her strategy that would (and did) generate interest, traffic, and a solid sale. In our case in this seller's market, multiple offers after three days of showings came in. And that's when Kate *REALLY* went to work (after all she'd already done, no less). During the listing development process, she was a great listener and understood assets of our home that we took for granted. During the prep for photography and the open house, she calmed our anxieties about unimportant details. During the offer and acceptance phase, she helped us understand the differences between multiple offers without telling us what to do. During the inspection and closing phases, her professional experiences helped give us clarity of our duties. The Maraschino Cherry topping was her frequent check-ins during our prep for packing. Selling my late mother’s house was hard in itself but Debbie was able to make the process as easy as possible. She was quick to communicate what was needed and made sure I knew what needed to be done.
