Brian was an incredible relator for us. It was an extremely long process to find our first home and not an easy one at that. We had a lot of unique requirements and given the current market that was not easy to find. Brian was patient, kind and so helpful. He treated us like family and made sure to give us every point of view when showing us homes. He was extremely responsive and always available to work with our schedule through this entire process. Thanks to Brian we have closed on our first home & could not be happier. When we were upset about losing an offer on homes previously, he assured us that this must not have been the home for us and encouraged us to keep moving forward. He helped us see the positive side of the difficult market while fighting for us and making competitive offers. In the end he was right and we did find the home that was perfect for us. Even after the closing process he made sure we handled all the correct documentation and has still kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. Thank you Brian, we are so grateful for you and could not have done this without you!!!!

Mark Brown was very helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. When looking at homes, it was amazing how many little details he would immediately notice that I would not have picked up on, such as kitchen design flaws where cabinet drawers couldn't be opened at the same time, different kinds of plumbing and electrical work, the condition of the roof, and whether the house had original or newer windows. Mark was always on time, and he was very flexible with scheduling showings. I also appreciated that I never felt like he was pressuring me to make a sale on any particular house, or that he was trying to show me houses that I didn't want to see. He gave me the information to make an informed decision and was realistic about how quickly certain listings might last, but he was never pushy when offering an opinion on a house.

My wife and I were casually looking for a cottage/retirement place when an opportunity presented itself. Rebecca helped us navigate the process and negotiations, making at least 4 visits to the property including a final inspection visit before closing when we couldn’t make the 3+ hour trek from home. She did a great job keeping us informed during the entire process and gave honest and frank guidance as we weren’t very familiar with the area. Definitely recommend Rebecca when looking for a property and expect she would do exceptional with a listing.
