He was amazing!!!! The whole process of selling a loved ones home who is deceased can be daunting! Add on being in a whole different state and being in the middle of a pandemic and you have yourself a challenge. But Vince was right there to help me and he made this process soo easy!!!!!! Sonja exceeded all expectations as she helped my family navigate the sale of my mother-in-law's, JoAnne's, house. We were devastated to lose JoAnne, who passed during the sale of the house and before it closed. Sonja not only helped us successfully navigate this complex situation, but she brought our entire family dinner, offered her support, and got my wife and her sister beautiful commemorative plaques to honor their mom. Maria was the best she helped me sell my house and buy my dream Ranch. If you want an agent that will always pick up your calls day or night and stay on top of your listing, Maria is the person to use. I must of called her twice a day and she never made me feel like I was bugging her or wasting her time. She went out of her way to make my selling and buying experience as smooth as possible. All the other agents we dealt with would either take days to respond or not even bother getting back to us, Maria would either email or contact us back with 30min. She is simply awesome at what she does, you will not regret using her.
