I was not planning to purchase a home because I didn't think I qualified, I had contacted Linda to help me guide me or advice me on what to do to be able to purchase in the near future. Linda asked me for info and ran it and within Days I was pre qualified for a loan and I was told I would be able to purchase, alone, without needing a co-signer! After that, I felt comfortable in the process because Linda explained everything in detail, taught me about home ownership things I didn't know and was with me from beginning til after getting my keys checking in to see how we were settling into our new home.
