Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!! I am a first time home buyer and Dina went above and beyond at every step of the way answering every question I had day/night/weekends. Dina has a deep understanding of construction which made me feel extremely comfortable while looking at homes. I am extremely picky and not one time did I ever feel pressured from Dina to settle on a home. If you want someone you can actually relate to vs just your average realtor looking to sell you a house I HIGHLY recommend Dina. In this HOT market Dina was extremely strategic and she flat out “gets stuff done”. I can’t wait to do more business in the future with her.

If you are looking to buy a home you have found the one person who is truly on your side. I had a lot of questions being a first time home buyer and she was there to help and answered my texts, even those 8am or 9:30pm texts. She made sure to listen to what we wanted and kept looking for us until we found a house that we loved. Once you start working with Dina she feels like she is your long lost best friend, checking in and celebrating every step of the way. Kim showed us several homes that were within our budget and exactly what we were looking for and finally after a few weeks of looking in the area that we lived in before, finding the house on its initial day to see, and the bid was accepted and bought the house, then to find out it was appraised higher than our purchase price, Kim was very much on top of the whole ordeal and we would recommend her to anyone especially in the Pasco county area!
