What should have been a simple transaction turned out to be a lot more complicated than anyone expected, but Kim was there every step of the way to guide us through! When the deal fell apart a few times, her professionalism, experience and connections in the market allowed her to quickly solve issues as they arose. Her calm demeanor and can-do attitude always helped the situation. We never had to worry about where things were at as she always kept us up to date and was very responsive when we reached out to her. Tracy Wisneski is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She kept us informed and up to date on every step of the process. We received 9 offers and closed in less than 2 weeks. When a problem came up at closing, Tracy was on the phone with the City for over 5 hours and discovered it was a mistake on the part of a Title Company's employee.
