When we had to sell the house of a deceased parent, Michael Andinolfi negotiated an even better sales price for the house than anything we had expected. He impressed us. That was nearly 20 years ago. So when we decided to move, we approached Mike again for help. We wanted more land, so we knew our search would take us longer than if we were shopping for a regular, suburban home on a quarter-acre lot. He stuck with us for 2 years as we searched for our dream property. In 2022, we finally found the right house on 7 acres in a great location. Mike negotiated a fair purchase price for us. We moved, but we had not yet finished renovating our previous house. So for many months we actually owned two houses. When we finally finished the renovations in early 2023, Mike listed our previous house and he found us a buyer in only 4 days. We went to settlement a few weeks later. I appreciated her market insight, her immediate attention and response to my questions and her ability to navigate my unique situation. Last year, I sold my investment property in a small town outside of Philadelphia, PA. Nadia was my realtor and she was absolutely amazing. The home was on the market for about 2.5 weeks.
