I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process with anyone other than Ray. His decades of experience were obvious at every step of the process. From discussing with me the pros/cons of the houses we looked at to eventually getting my wife and I an incredible deal on the house we eventually bought. He negotiated a once in a lifetime deal for us. Ray didn't mince words and always made it clear he was working for me, and was looking out for my best interests, and it really felt that way the whole time. I met Vickie at an open house. She was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I left that open house thinking if I don't get this house, I want her to be my agent. Once I lost the house, Vickie became my agent and I couldn't have been happier. Vickie always had my husband's and my best interests at heart. If you had a question, wanted to see a house, needed advice on the market, or just needed to vent over the stress of home buying, she always got back to you quickly even while she was away on vacation! She would let us know the latest news on the fluctuating interest rates as well as the homes that just hit the market that matched what we were looking for. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers so her expertise and background in owning, renovating, and investing in homes was very valuable when we looked at different properties. It helped us make wise decisions about whether to put in an offer on the property or not.
